Day 2 Up North- June

Day 2 Up North in June was surprisingly warm.

We woke up and saw that Patrick had been busy making notes in the kitchen:

If you can't read it, it says:
Rules you must follow to ride in Patrick's MXZ
1. No Shoes
2. Wipe down after each use
3. Offer Patrick gas money
4. A foot massage for Patrick is mandatory after each use
5. Must vote GOP in next election (2016 Pres.)
6. If your name is Jackson a kiss on the lips is required.

It was a calm, gorgeous morning on the Lake...so we decided to head out and take a ride and do some wakeboarding!

The boys were enjoying the beach before we headed out.

Logan calls the beach, "The Sandbox".

The boys were loving the heat and Logan quickly found the blow up dolphin and took it straight to the beach!

The beach was in some serious need of raking, so Patrick got the 4 wheeler out and raked the beach.

Jackson kept busy by making sand boats.

We put Logan down for a nap and then relaxed out back snacking and being goofy together!

We saw a mother duck with her babies and Jackson was so thrilled!

After the boys had beach time, and Logan had a great nap,  they were then obsessed with riding the scooter, winnie the pooh pusher and the red car up and down the driveway.

Paddy and his Dad spent a beautiful evening chatting and Logan and I were enjoying the hammock.

We went back out on the beach/boat, but before that we got a little silly and I even got Patrick to do my signature jump!

We picked up some sea salt caramels and they are divine.
They have been my favorite dessert of the trip so far!
