Cottage Part 2

We had beautiful weather and; decided to take a road trip to Petoskey to check out the city, get a pie from Grand Traverse Pie Company, and; hang out as a fam!

We had to go to my favorite chocolate shoppe up north.

Seriously, this is a tradition. 

We got back to the cottage & had some more fun time on the lake!

There is a house on the lake that has an airplane & Jackson just loved seeing it!

I even got Patrick to do it!

This is defiantly the most fun thing I love doing up north!

Cottage round 3

This is the last part of our up north journey. We took Sarah out to lunch & had the best time.

Having dinners in the summertime on the back porch is just divine.

We had a girls days in Petoskey & went to the BEST DELI, Julienne Tomatoes!
There is a sign on the wall about the Schilling family & we thought that somehow there was a connection in the family.

Mr. Moo went shopping with the girls all day!

We got back to the car & had a parking ticket.

Oh no, what a damper to our wonderful day.

but upon looking closer, they only gave us a warning!!

Sweet!

Then we came home & played in the playroom with everyone!!

June 30- July 12

We went up to the cottage for the 4th of July & spent the longest amount of time we've ever been up there!

We left June 30th and returned home July 12th!

I have an awful lot of photos, so I will break this up into segments.

We got up north & the next morning Jackson was SO excited to see the lake.

He ran all the way down there, headed for the boat, still in his pj's!

Mr. Moo went for his first boat ride!

But he wasn't too sure about the life vest!

Jackson loved the boat & cruising around to see all sorts of cool things.

We drove all around the lake checking things out & searching for fish.....

Jackson was in heaven!

Logan passed out asleep every single time we got in the boat!

Jackson loved all the seagulls & was having a blast chasing them around.

He helped Grammy out by raking the beach

This was such a wonderful moment.

When Jackson came off the boat he ran down the dock & gave a sweet wave & had a HUGE smile on his face.

It was beautiful.

Logan decided to wake up around 4:30am on most days so this made for one tired Baby & Momma!

We passed out on the beach & I later found this picture on my camera.

Jackson got some jet-skiing in with Daddy!

His pastime on the beach was finding rocks, the BIGGER the BETTER, and throwing them into the lake. 

We headed to Boyne City to check out their Farmer's Market!

They had a giant playstructure & Jackson loved the slides!

Fun times on the boat!

On the beach there was a little patch of water that created a little pool & Jackson thought it was a ton of fun to run through it & splash down!

Jackson thought this water gun was fabulous, especially with Dad squirting him!

We were out & about on the beach & Logan woke up. Grammy changed his diaper & when we came in she mentioned that it was really big on him. I took one look & began laughing SOOOOOOO hard. 

She had Jackson's diaper on Logan!
